北京定福庄国际传媒产业走廊是以北京CBD国际传媒产业园和定福庄传媒文化产业区为两个端点，贯穿通惠河、朝阳路和朝阳北路，东西横向距离15公里，区域面积40多平方公里。集聚10个左右年产值超过10亿元的品牌企业，建设3—5个年产值超过100亿元的产业园区（基地），打造1个年产值超过1000亿元的信息传媒产业功能区，全力打造中国国际信息传媒中心和具有世界影响力的国际信息传媒枢纽。我们参与的城市设计从以人为本的出发点对整体街区形态和天际线进行了研究和限定，并从一定程度上保留了可改造重生的工业遗存，以便留住人们的历史记忆。

Beijing Dingfuzhuang international media industry corridor is a two-point terminal point, Beijing CBD International Media Industry Park and Dingfuzhuang media culture industry zone, which runs through Tonghuihe, Chaoyang Road and Chaoyang North Road, with a transverse distance of 15 km from east to west and an area of more than 40 square kilometers. Gather about 10 brand enterprises with annual output value of more than 1billion yuan, build 3-5 industrial parks (bases) with annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan, build a functional area of information media industry with annual output value of more than 100billion yuan, and strive to build China International Information Media Center and international information media hub with world influence. The urban design we participate in has studied and restricted the overall block form and skyline from the point of view of people-oriented, and to some extent, it has retained the industrial relics which can be transformed and reborn, so as to retain people's historical memory.
